❌❌❌❌❌ VERY BAD EXPERIENCE – DO NOT TRUST PIT STOP I rented multiple parking spots from PIT Stop to park trucks and shipping containers. About a month ago, a shipping container was stolen while it was parked on their property. What makes this situation extremely suspicious is that PIT Stop completely refused to cooperate after the theft. I requested photos and video footage from their surveillance cameras, which are installed all over the property, and they refused to provide anything. They later claimed that several cameras were “not working” at the time of the theft, which I find very hard to believe given the size of the facility and the amount of equipment stored there. Based on their behavior, lack of cooperation, and excuses about broken cameras, I strongly believe PIT Stop was involved or at least complicit in this theft. This is the only explanation that makes sense for their actions. The value of the stolen shipping container exceeds $500,000. Use extreme caution. I do not trust this company and I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with PIT Stop.

Do not take your truck here to this place .i live two Blocks from This place and i Wanted to Support this bizz but after 2 visits they are not good at all they left my truck dirty as hell for 75 dollars not worth it unless you want to waste your money. I include some Pics. My last time Coming to this place

The most important thing is that they do such a good job, we never have to come back for the same issue. Everything is very clean, and the waiting area is comfortable and tidy. There are outlets everywhere so you can charge your phone easily. The restrooms are clean, and they even offer complimentary coffee and water." My husband and I try to come here whenever we can. Sometimes, when there's an issue with the truck, we end up here again. Everything we've had repaired here has gone smoothly. The staff are very good at what they do, and most importantly, we have great communication with them. They tell us upfront if there might be other issues during the repair, and they’re very clear about pricing — whether it’s worth it or not. They never, ever lie. If something won’t be finished in one day, they tell us directly: You’ll need to come back tomorrow. No surprises, no excuses like it’s not ready at the last minute. We’re always in touch with one of the female employees, and she’s just wonderful.

🛑🛑🛑⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️Another horrible experience from this unprofessional service place. I went there to get oil changed for Freightliner Cummins engine, and they didn’t tighten the engine oil refill cap and it went off, splashing oil all over the engine compartment. It happened while I was on the road and didn’t find out about it immediately. What a horrible service, simple as oil change and they mess it up. Just horrible job, inexcusable . They should never serve trucks🛑🛑🛑🛑⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
